With a background that spans marketing leadership and fitness instruction, Rica brings both a dynamic work ethic and a holistic, people-centered approach to everything she does.

She’s also the founder of Dragonflyy Coaching, a heart-led business that helps minority women take control of their finances and travel the world with confidence. Through personalized budgeting, travel hacking strategies, and mindset coaching, Rica empowers others to live intentionally—without sacrificing joy or adventure.

Her dedication to inclusive storytelling and meaningful connection has inspired her work across diverse industries—from nonprofits to tech—and she continues to find purpose in helping others feel seen, heard, and empowered.
